We look forward to welcoming you to our farm shop in the atmospheric old horse stable located in the courtyard of Klintholm Estate at the end of Klintholm Allé.
Klintholm Estate's farm shop is in many ways a gallery of everything that is made on Østmøn. From organic coffee and ceramics to our own meat, which is produced from our own Hereford cattle that live on fresh green grass and herbs and spend their entire lives in the open air, where nature and cattle have optimal conditions all year round.
Fridays 16:00 to 18:00
Saturdays 11 am to 2 pm
Pentecost
Friday from 16 to 18 - and Saturday to Monday from 11 to 14
Outside opening hours, you are welcome to contact Inger Marie on 22 22 33 78 who will be happy to open the store if possible.
In the farm shop, we present a careful selection of products that we can vouch for and that our guests can take home to extend their stay on Østmøn.
However, there is also a lot more on the shelves, such as local drinks, crafts, gift ideas and much more. We want to reflect the creative enterprise found throughout Møn and therefore focus a lot on local goods, but we also have selected items from a wider area, and common to them all is:
CRAFTSMANSHIP, SUSTAINABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY, ORIGINALITY AND QUALITY.
We put a lot of effort into using the meat from the whole animal, so we usually have a good selection of salami, grill sausages, pastrami and snack sausages. We also have osso buco, roast beef, roast beef, beef chump (great for pulled beef), offal and tails.
Of course, only while stocks last and we hope that our customers will understand if items are sold out. When an animal is slaughtered and the bones and entrails etc. are gone, you have about 200 kg of clean meat. Out of the 200 kg, there are only 8 kg of sirloin steaks per animal, for example.
If you have any questions, you are very welcome to contact us at gaardbutik@klintholm.dk.
Nature safari. We all love nature and that's why we love taking guests out into the hilly landscape. We start at Stensgårdsvej and move into the surrounding hills. We talk briefly about the geology of the area, then focus on biodiversity in the area, climate and stories about, for example, the importance of cow breeding and the exciting shit life that takes place at the cow box. We'll also talk about the development we're working on for the area and what it will take to achieve our goals. There will be tastings from the farm shop and the opportunity to visit the farm shop at Klintholm Estate after the tour.
Duration 1.5 hours - price per person 200 SEK incl. VAT, minimum 10 people.
